While putting the little girl I babysit to bed last night, she turned to me and had a question.


She asked "gracy whats the best thing you have ever done?"


I thought about this for a moment and tried to think of something really exciting that I have done.


Something that could impress.


I thought about dance performances, vacations and time spent with friends but they didnt seem worthy of the "best".


I asked her the question back. She answered "being alive!"


Pretty beautiful answer.

Glamour & Grace

Back in January I bought a calender entitled Glamour and Grace from the bookstore for 50% off thinking the black and white glamour shots would look lovely on my wall...well I ended up putting the calender under a pile of school work in my room and I only recently found it. I didn't realize how gorgeous the photos taken by fashion photographer John French (1907-1966) really are. Here are some of his photos, most are not included in my calender but they are glamour and grace in a nutshell.

Recipe For Cake

I spent the past couple days visiting my boyfriend in St.Catharines and on Wednesday night we decided to drive down to Niagara Falls. The falls looked gorgeous at night with the lights on them and these pictures really don't do the falls justice. As corny as it is we walked along the water holding hands, laughing and taking pictures, while stopping for the occasional kiss.
