converting that summer dress

With the colder weather on it's way I'm having trouble saying so long to some of my favorite summer essentials like this midi dress from topshop. I plan on trying to get as much wear out of it as I can until my poor legs can't handel it anymore. So throw on them booties, a fall jacket and a scarf and convert those summer midis, maxis and dresses into your fall wardrobe!
