converting that summer dress

With the colder weather on it's way I'm having trouble saying so long to some of my favorite summer essentials like this midi dress from topshop. I plan on trying to get as much wear out of it as I can until my poor legs can't handel it anymore. So throw on them booties, a fall jacket and a scarf and convert those summer midis, maxis and dresses into your fall wardrobe!

Taylor Tomasi Hill is always my favorite part of all the fashion weeks. Her style is amazing and I don't think I need to point out how fabulous her hair is. Yay for Paris fashion week coming up next! 

I really need a change and I am thinking of dying my hair Taylor's fire bright red - one of my best friends has red hair though so I am a bit worrisome. A penny for your thoughts?

Seeing Double

How great is this double buckle belt? I swooped this baby up while out doing a pull for the magazine I work for and when I saw it I knew I had to have it. Who says you can't mix a little work and pleasure aka start shopping for yourself while shopping for others. 

I'm also on the hunt for the perfect boyfriend jeans and I have been coming up empty. I stole these from my mum's closet and she is just going to have to deal with me stealing them until I successfully find my own that fit as great as these do.

Hello Canada

Last night my mum and I attended the Hello Canada Magazine TIFF party at the Ritz-Carlton. We had a great time mingling and catching up. My mum gets invited to industry events like this often but doesn't go most of the time so it was nice to give her that push to attend last night.

What I am currently craving at the moment. I have wanted a Balenciaga tee for a while but alas they are all sold out online and at Holts here in Canada. Fingers crossed I find one in NYC in a couple weeks! And as for the most important piece of my fall wardrobe the boots. Undecided if I should stick to what I know and get the Rag and Bone Newburys in black leather or these amazing Chloe boots...Thoughts?
