Night Owl

The past two weeks have been pretty busy. With the third job starting up, an exam and all my lovely friends home for reading week I spent very little time at home. With early mornings and late nights I found myself by the end of the week sick and worn down. With another busy week ahead I knew I needed to take some time to get better. I was so excited to have a day all to myself today and do nothing when I realized sitting still has become rather difficult. It took a tremendous amount of effort to stay in my house and I ended up cheating to grab a coffee and walk my dog. So after doing nothing besides laundry all day, all I want right now is to go out, dress up and dance...or just go out.

You Are Smokin

Now we all know smoking is bad for you and kills you and blah blah blah and I was always very much against smoking myself until one day I looked at my scrap book that is filled with magazine pictures and editorials and realized what almost all of them had in common, a cigarette.
When my parents used to teach me about peer pressure and smoking they made it seem like I would be surrounded by a group of kids saying "do this or your not cool", yeah that never happened.. But if these few pictures aren't peer pressure then I don't know what is..

Definitely Not Boring

Unlike Fashion, the new photoshoot Mary-kate has done for Interview Magazine definitely does not look boring! Cant wait for Feb 24th!

Sunshine In The Rain

I'm saying goodnight to a pretty awesome day! Even though it was raining and I woke up at 6 to get to my 8:30 class, I'm kinda sad to say goodnight. I need to start going to sleep earlier since school has started again and 2am every night just doesn't work.
Today I ran errands, went to class, saw friends for coffee, helped out at my old high school and scored my third job at my number one choice! It was also just a cheerful day in general, I said "hi" to neighbors and people walking by, held doors even when it wasn't that necessary and let cars go first as I pulled over to the side of our small Toronto streets. Smiles all around!

I heart a hot mess

I don't know what it is about somone who is sweaty or strung out or just looking a little used and abused I always grow a little envious. Here are some of my favorites that have been sitting in a folder on my computer entitled "Hot Mess".
Confession Time. You know when someone is falling out of a club and looking like a complete mess? Yeah, I might enjoy those pictures and moments a little too much...enjoying life in the fast lane.
